| Description |
SCT6007 is a specialist multi-functional cooling
water treatment product available in a concentrated
solid form which combines the very latest anti-scaling,
anti-fouling and corrosion inhibition technologies.
SCT6007 available in fully recyclable plastic bottles
each containing 5kg of concentrated solid chemical.
SCT6007 is a highly effective cooling water treatment
product developed for the inhibition of ferrous
metal corrosion using both cathodic and anodic protection;
it also incorporates copper corrosion inhibitors;
and molybdate.
SCT6007 contains PBTC phosphonate, HEDP phosphonate,
Versaflex One, Ter-polymer, HPA, POCA, triazole
and molybdate.
Product Application / Feedrate
The initial recommended application rate for SCT6007
is 50 ppm. The application rates provided below
are based on the corrosive indices of particular
waters, however in practice, rates should be set
to suit individual water conditions.

* At a dosage rate of 20 ppm, 1 case of SCT6007
is equivalent to approximately 227kg of a conventional
liquid product. Comparative values will vary, dependent
upon concentration.
Testing & Control
Molybdate (as Mo) test kits suitable for monitoring
and controlling the use of SCT6007 are available
from SCT. SCT test kits for organo-phosphonate can
also be used.
Feeding
Feed SCT6007 using an SCT DB100 board system.
Packaging, Storage and Handling
SCT6007 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 5kg
bottles.
Each case weighs 20kg.

Store this product in cool, dry area. Correctly
stored product will remain effective for between
24 to 36 months.
