| Description |
SCT6033 is a solid water treatment product developed
as a stand-alone treatment for corrosion inhibition
in closed water systems.
SCT6033 comprises a small (0.36kg) solid chemical
baton wrapped in a water soluble bag. It uses the
very latest corrosion inhibition technologies to
provide excellent corrosion control for both chilled
water and hot water boiler systems. SCT6033 contains
no nitrites.
SCT6033 contains silicates, borax, acrylates, phosphino
corrosion inhibitors and copper metal inhibitors;
plus a molybdate tracer for testing and control
purposes.
Testing & Control
Molybdate (as Mo) test kits suitable for monitoring
and controlling the use of SCT6033 are available
from SCT.
Feeding
Add SCT6033 into a shot feeder or open tank. Please
note that product dissolution rates will vary depending
upon water composition, temperature and flow rate.
Packaging, Storage and Handling
SCT6033 is packaged in cases containing 30 x 0.36kg
water-soluble batons, each baton being enclosed
in a sealed cardboard tube.
Each case weighs 10.9kg.

Store this product in cool, dry area. Correctly
stored product will remain effective for between
24 to 36 months.
