| Description |
SCT6032 is a solid water treatment product developed
as a stand-alone treatment for corrosion inhibition
in closed circuit water systems. It uses the very
latest corrosion inhibition technologies to provide
excellent corrosion control for both chilled water
and hot water boiler systems. SCT6032 contains no
nitrites.
SCT6032 is available in fully recyclable plastic
bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid
chemical.
SCT6032 contains silicates, borax, acrylates, phosphino
corrosion inhibitors and copper metal inhibitors;
plus a molybdate tracer for testing and control
purposes.
Product Application / Feedrate
SCT6032 can be used at a federate of 1kg per 3960
litres of water capacity.
Testing & Control
Molybdate (as Mo) test kits suitable for monitoring
and controlling the use of SCT6032 are available
from SCT. Molybdate (as Mo) at 8 - 10 ppm.
Feeding
Feed SCT6032 using an SCT DB100 board system.
Packaging, Storage and Handling
SCT6032 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 5.5kg
bottles.
Each case weighs 21.8kg.

Store this product in cool, dry area. Correctly
stored product will remain effective for between
24 to 36 months.
