| Description |
SCT6030 is solid water treatment product developed
as a stand-alone treatment for corrosion inhibition
in closed circuit water systems. It uses the very
latest corrosion inhibition technologies to provide
a unique dual mechanism for the control of corrosion
in both chilled water and hot water boiler systems.
SCT6030 is available in fully recyclable plastic
bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid
chemical.
SCT6030 contains nitrite, borax, acrylates, phosphino
corrosion inhibitors, and copper metal inhibitors.
Product Application / Feedrate
SCT6030 can be used at a federate of 1kg per 500
litres of water capacity.
Testing & Control
Nitrite test kits suitable for monitoring and controlling
the use of SCT6030 are available from SCT. Nitrite
at 500 ppm, dosage rate provided above.
Feeding
Feed SCT6030 using an SCT DB100 board system.
Packaging, Storage and Handling
SCT6030 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 5.5kg
bottles.
Each case weighs 21.8kg.

Store this product in cool, dry area. Correctly
stored product will remain effective for between
24 to 36 months.
