| Description |
SCT6034 is a solid water treatment product developed
as a stand-alone treatment for corrosion inhibition
in closed water systems. It uses the very latest
corrosion inhibition technologies to provide excellent
corrosion control for both chilled water and hot
water boiler systems. SCT6034 contains no nitrites
or molybdate.
SCT6034 is available in fully recyclable plastic
bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid
chemical.
SCT6034 contains silicates, borax, acrylates, phosphino
corrosion inhibitors, biodispersant/cleaner, and
copper metal inhibitors.
Product Application / Feedrate
SCT6034 can be used at a federate of 0.36kg per
1800 litres of water capacity (200 ppm).
Testing & Control
Organo phosphonate test kits suitable for monitoring
and controlling the use of SCT6034 are available
from SCT. At 15 - 20 ppm.
Feeding
Feed SCT6034 using an SCT DB100 board system.
Packaging, Storage and Handling
SCT6034 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 5.5kg
bottles.
Each case weighs 21.8kg.

24 to 36 months.
