| Description |
SCT6037 is a solid boiler water treatment product
incorporating scale inhibitors and an alkalinity
builder. This product is based on low-level phosphate-polymer
and an alkalinity builder and is suitable for use
in boiler systems under both softened and hard water
make-up applications. For hard water applications,
less than 20 ppm total hardness in the feed water.
All components of SCT6037 conform to US FDA Title
21, Section 173 Boiler Water Additives. SCT6037
is also an NSF approved product.
SCT6037 is available in fully recyclable plastic
bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid
chemical.
Product Application / Feedrate
1kg of SCT6037, dosed at a rate of 40 ppm will
treat approximately 55,000lbs of boiler blowdown.
One case of SCT6037 (21.8kg) is equivalent to 108kg
of a conventional liquid product. Comparative values
will vary, dependent upon concentration.

If the make-up water contains PO4, adjust or lower
the control limits to compensate for this interference.

Feeding
Feed SCT6037 using an SCT DB100 board system.
Packaging, Storage and Handling
SCT6037 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 5.5kg
bottles.
Each case weighs 21.8kg.

stored product will remain effective for between
24 to 36 months.
