| Description |
SCT6061 is a polymeric based on-line cleaner and
scale remover developed for use in both cooling
and boiler water systems. SCT6061 helps to remove
scale build-up in water systems using the dispersion
method (as opposed to acidic chelation). SCT6061
is designed to supplement boiler and cooling system
scale and corrosion inhibitors and offers an excellent
alternative to the use of dangerous mineral acids.
SCT6061 is thermally stable and can be used in
both boilers and cooling water systems.
SCT6061 is available in fully recyclable plastic
bottles each containing 5kg of concentrated solid
chemical.
SCT6061 contains two state-of-the art polymer compounds,
Versaflex One and AR-540, both of which are combined
in this proprietary solid formulation.

Product Application / Feedrate
Application rates for SCT6061 will vary from 20
– 2000 ppm in the system water depending on
the severity of the scale/deposit build-up,
When cleaning heavily fouled systems care should
be taken to prevent clogging of screens, strainers,
and lines. Under such circumstances it may be advantageous
to use SCT6061 in conjunction with a side stream
filter.
Feeding
Feed SCT6061 using an SCT DB100 board system.
Packaging, Storage and Handling
SCT6061 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 5kg
bottles.
Each case weighs 20kg.

Store this product in cool, dry area. Correctly
stored product will remain effective for between
24 to 36 months.
