| Description |
SCT6053 is a solid multi-purpose boiler water treatment
product incorporating corrosion inhibitors, scale
inhibitors, alkalinity builders, and a condensate
corrosion inhibitor. This product is suitable for
use in boiler systems under softened water make-up
applications. SCT6053 also contains additional sulphite
making it suitable for use in systems where no de-aerator
or heater is available.
All components of SCT6053 conform to US FDA Title
21, Section 173 Boiler Water Additives.
SCT6053 is available in fully recyclable plastic
bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid
chemical.
Product Application / Feedrate
1kg of SCT6053, dosed at a rate of 60 ppm will
treat approximately 36,750lbs of boiler blowdown.
One case of SCT6053 (21.8kg) is equivalent to 114kg
of a conventional liquid product. Comparative values
will vary, dependent upon concentration.
