| Description |
SCT6057 is a solid multi-purpose boiler water treatment
product incorporating corrosion inhibitors, scale
inhibitors, a chelating agent, alkalinity builders;
and a condensate corrosion inhibitor. This product
is suitable for use in boiler systems under both
softened and hard water make-up applications. For
hard water applications, less than 20 ppm total
hardness in the feed water.
All components of SCT6057 conform to US FDA Title
21, Section 173 Boiler Water Additives.
SCT6057 is available in fully recyclable plastic
bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid
chemical.
Product Application / Feedrate
1kg of SCT6057, dosed at a rate of 80 ppm will
treat approximately 27,500lbs of boiler blowdown.
One case of SCT6057 (21.8kg) is equivalent to 114kg
of a conventional liquid product. Comparative values
will vary, dependent upon concentration.
Do not exceed 6 ppm chelant in the boiler.

If the make-up water contains PO4, adjust
or lower the control limits to compensate for this
interference.

Feeding
Feed SCT6057 using an SCT DB100 board system.
Packaging, Storage and Handling
SCT6057 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 5.5kg
bottles.
Each case weighs 21.8kg.

Store this product in cool, dry area. Correctly
stored product will remain effective for between
24 to 36 months.
