| Description |
SCT6055 is a solid multi-purpose boiler water treatment
product incorporating corrosion inhibitors, polymeric
scale inhibitors, alkalinity builders; and a condensate
corrosion inhibitor. SCT6055 also contains additional
sulphite making it suitable for use in systems where
no de-aerator or heater is available. Similar to
SCT6055 but without amine.
All components of SCT6055 conform to US FDA Title
21, Section 173 Boiler Water Additives.
SCT6055 is available in fully recyclable plastic
bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid
chemical.
Product Application / Feedrate
1kg of SCT6055, dosed at a rate of 100 ppm will
treat approximately 22,000lbs of boiler blowdown.
One case of SCT6055 (21.8kg) is equivalent to 114kg
of a conventional liquid product. Comparative values
will vary, dependent upon concentration.

Feeding
Feed SCT6055 using an SCT DB100 board system.
Packaging, Storage and Handling
SCT6055 is packaged in cases containing 4 x 5.5kg
bottles.
Each case weighs 21.8kg.

stored product will remain effective for between
24 to 36 months.
