| Description |
SCT6059 is a solid potassium hydroxide based boiler
water treatment product developed to increase water
system alkalinity. SCT6059 is especially suited
to help raise the alkalinity in boiler feed waters
where the make-up water is low in alkalinity, such
as RO water.
SCT6059 is available in fully recyclable plastic
bottles each containing 5.5kg of concentrated solid
chemical.
Product Application / Feedrate
Extreme care must be taken when handling SCT6059
and all users should refer to the latest Safety
Data Sheet for this product.
Using SCT6059 with our dissolving system (SCT DB100
board), a solution strength of approximately 20%
will be achieved in the reservoir.
During dissolution, water temperatures may exceed
65.5 oC. This solution is hazardous and
all specified safety precautions must be followed.
Appropriate warning labels should also be maintained
on the reservoir.

bottles.
Each case weighs 21.8kg.

Store this product in cool, dry area. Correctly
stored product will remain effective for between
24 to 36 months.
